    I took a chance and purchased a size large. I normally wear a large or extra large in clothes. I can hook the trainer on the second hook(s) but I can't get it zipped. From what I can see, it GETS THE JOB DONE! I'm looking forward to fitting the large and will be ordering an extra large in the meantime.

    This is the most comfortable waist trainer ever! I'm 5'9, 186lbs and the large fit perfectly. So comfy you can wear all day and not feel constricted. Gives you a perfect hour glass shape! I am very pleased with this product.
