I wear an 8/10 in clothing so I ordered a 2X according to their size chart but it did not fit snug as its supposed to so I ordered a 1X and it’s perfect. I wear it for at least 4 hours a day. It’s only been a week and I notice a difference already. You don’t have to spend $100+ on this product just because the IG models do for the name brand. This $23 trainer does exactly what I need it to do

Oh my!! This is the best waist trainer ever!!! I am a 29 in the waist and I purchased a Medium. I was able to hook in the second row. I am 5’2” 124lbs. Hope this helps.

In love with my waist trainer. I'm already ordering another so I can have two in rotation. I wear a 12/15 an ordered the XL and it fits good and comfortable. but I am on the second clip. The first day the zipper made it hard to zip but its fine now. The best thing is that it DOES NOT roll up. The trainer stays in place. Especially on my lower back. I've already convinced 3 coworkers purchase one. I will definitely order from them again.

I bought this waist trainer because a friend has been wearing it for a couple of months now and I can definitely see her results! I’m 5’4 and 146 lbs, so according to the size chart I ordered a medium. I found that it was too big, so I returned it and got a small and this one fits just right. The customer service was good and quick with the exchange (got the refund the same day I returned it and got it within two days of ordering the new one). The (new) smell of the trainer is kind of strong, but of course that wears off with use. Looking forward to seeing my results!

I am a size 10/12 and ordered an XL based on reviews. it was a slight struggle getting it on which was to be expected for a good cincher. However, once it was on it felt surprisingly comfortable, which is kind of amazing! Tried it on under a very fitted dress and it looked really good and could barely tell I have it on.I’m happy about this cincher because usually to have a good visual effect (smaller waist) I am quite uncomfortable and relatively unhappy wearing one. This one did not do that to me. Granted, I only walked around in it for an hour to see but it’s very promising, compared to the many others I’ve tried and ultimately, discarded. Also great that it didn’t really show up under the clothes despite having a zipper! Didn't realize it came in black too! Gotta get that one.

I love this waist trainer. This is my second one because I went down a size. Package was delivered on time and I wear it everywhere from working out to grocery shopping. It’s washable and I just hang it to dry. Looking forward to getting another one after I go down another size.

I give 5 stars for the fit, construction design and style. But the SMELL and off gassing is really really bad! I’ll re-review after several more washes— ‘cause YIKES it smells super strong!
