I bought several different waist cinchers. All of them you can see under clothes. This one is definitely the most comfortable and it is undetectable under clothes (well under most clothes). Fit is as expected. Definitely 5 stars!

Great quality. Learning curve on using the snaps closure. It's easier if you snap high above your waist and once all snapped, shift it all down to your waist. This held me in perfectly. Great back support. I used the size chart and ordered the size it recommended. Was concerned because the recommended size was much larger than my normal shirt size. But the chart size was perfect. I recommend this brand!

It fit perfect and felt comfortable all night long. It also helped with my back pain and helped me sit straight instead of slouching. Loved the hook and zipper as I felt that help bring everything in and keep everything flat.
