I am 5’9, 230 wear a 14/16 women’s and I purchased an XL based on reviews. And it was perfect!! Snatched my stomach and love handles all the way in! I will purchase another in 1-2 months or so.

First, I never write a review but I absolutely love this product. I just received it at work and put it right on. The product is long enough that it covers my full stomach and does not roll up on the sides or back like more of these products do. It's better to get a size down and not your exact size. I have a extra small and I am 5'6 139 pounds. Great Great!

It helps my posture. I bought one in black and one in tan. The black one had a strong rubber smell. I wash them in a bag, put softener and the smell went away.

Excellent quality but I should have ordered the XL. I’m 5’4”, 176 lbs and using a measuring tape my waist measured 37” without the trainer on. I was able to get the trainer on with the help of my husband but I have back and side fat bulging out of the top. I can wear it around my house but I wouldn’t want to go out with it because of the bulging. I’m planning to order another a size up and use it. I’m keeping this one for when I drop some weight.

I like the way this waist trainer fit. I got a size large I am a size 12. I am 5”0 169.l I wear it 8hrs a day during work hours. It help my posture, lift my breast and it very smooth uder clothing. I hate the way it smell. It smell like rubber bands. Other than that I’m pleased

I'm 5'5, I weigh 168 lbs and my waist at time of purchase was 35 inches. I bought a large after reading the reviews. I wore this trainer everyday except during workouts. I have lost 3 inches off my waist. It is now a 32. I will be ordering a medium very soon. I have worn it under clothing, but since my hips are still wider, it shows under certain outfits
