I waited a while to do this review so I could feel out the product a bit.. and... This things is rad! I don’t use it as a waist trainer, but I wear it to suck me in and define my curves when I go out. And it works great! I always get compliments on my figure when I wear it. My tummy is one of my biggest insecurities sometimes, and this thing takes it away completely when I put it on. Also, I’m 5’7”, about 185lbs and I bought a large.

I want to end this review again by saying I don’t actually use it as a waist trainer, but more as a “sucker-inner”.

Good quality, didn’t have a odor. I carry my weigh in my tummy and love handles. I weigh 175. (Waist is like a 32) most of these review tell you their weight but like where is most of that at?? ( I saw ppl with two different sizes that worked for them and they were like 170/175 ....like really. I am ordering up a size

It is snug I love that it has a very smooth appearance and it gets rid of diastasis recti stomach it does not bulge it makes me feel better/confident it helps support my back and my stomach I am 5'4 160 I ordered a medium my waist is 34 but my main area is my lower abdominal region. I think I may order the large but I am very satisfied with the look and girdle like appearance it gives me thank you I would recommend this product I love it and oh make you pull it outward so that you zip it up so it won't pinch your stomach sort of a suck in stomach effect thanks I love this waist clincher

Size up one size, but it truly depends on your body build. Does have a rubbery smell, but that doesn’t bother me as it will fade with time and wear.

I got this to help shed more weight around midsection after gaining about 20 lbs. It is undetectable under clothes that are not fitted. You will see the lines under a tight fitting top or dress. I got a medium in black with the zipper. I'm about 5' 7 and 185lbs. My natural waist is around 33 . I just got this a week ago and have worn it daily from around 8am to 8pm. I already lost 2 inches around my waist. I will need to order the small in the next few weeks.

I’m 5’4 and 225lbs and I ordered a 2x. I’m thick all around, but wanted my stomach flatter. It’s snug, but not terribly uncomfortable. I’ve had it on for 7 hours and still don’t feel like I’m dying. I love the fact that it doesn’t roll while working out or at work and it actually reaches the bottom of my stomach, which a Big Plus for me!! Get you one, you’ll love it!
