I struggled so bad to put it on but I put on my spanxs that pulled in my stomach then put on the waist trainer and it worked 😅 I didn’t expect it to go on so easy anyways because I am, in fact training my waist! But whewwww! It was a struggle but I feel extra fine!

This is amazing. I recently had some health issues and gained almost 20 pounds. It has been making me depressed and not wanting to go anywhere. I purchased this hoping it would help me look a little like my old self on an upcoming trip. UM... I never looked this good. Seriously. Buy it!! It will change your life. I'm 5'0 and 125 pounds. I purchased an XS which was really really hard to close but when I did (sheer willpower), it looked amazing and not uncomfortable. S would probably be easier to put on.

Tucks in all the hanging stuff 😂But seriously it's the best of all I have tried. It doesn't move up. Only thing I did not like, it pushes up your boobs and squeezes some fat up under the arms and upper back.

I'm obsessed! It sucks in and provides a perfect shape. It's hidden under clothes perfectly too. Considering it's SUPER tight it's amazing how comfortable it is! It's impossible to have poor posture while wearing it. I'm excited to see how it helps define my shape over the next several weeks. I don't think I'll ever take it off!
