So far since receiving this product I am completely satisfied. I decided to start waist training and changing my eating habits and increase my vitamins I’m 180 lbs 5’5.5 I have a pants size of 15 and a bra size of 38 B I purchased this in the size medium currently on hook size two I feel I will be in size small in a 3 weeks to a month it is breathable material a very study latex and already helping my posture. Putting it on may be difficult at first so I start from the top and work my way down I also wear a shirt underneath it so there is a barrier and it’s not directly on my skin I feel like I’ve worked out my abs when wearing it can’t wait to show results soon

I was look for a waist trainer with this material but cheaper. I see a lot of them on Instagram but they’re super overpriced. I wear this during the day for a couple of hours and then a sweat belt for my workouts. I’m 5’9 and have a 27-28 in waist and small fit fine. I recommend it.

Fits great but the top clasp is a lil rough I have to put something between it and my skin otherwise it's great.

Firat time I put this on had a hard time getting it on cause it was so tight. After wearing it for 4 hours it was hurting me so took it off. Second day it wasnt as bad it was actully getting easier to put on and worked out in it just fine. Today is third day wear it at work for 8 hours and waist trainer got easier to put on without having any troubles and felt great to wear. So far I like the product just wish it didnt roll down in back so much.

This is my second time using it but it fits great! At first it’s a bit hard to put on so you’ll need help. I’ve worn it while out and while I work and it wasn’t uncomfortable. I definitely recommend it. I’m 5’4, 160 lbs and bought a size large.
