I sit down at work all day so its works great for my posture. However, I think that I have a size too big. I can only stand it for about 1-2 hours, if that. I love the material!

I am 5 ft 6.5 and 213lbs. I measured my waist at 40in and i got the black hook and zip one. even though it doesn't say it goes up that high (40in) i got it on with help lol Each time I put it on it gets easier so its working. It's not as long as I'd like but it works! Definitely measure. It's well made. No complaints. I need to remeasure myself in a week see if I be gone down any inches!

I am 220 pounds 5 5 1/2 and knew I wanted something that was going to actually train and shape my waist. I purchased the large as I knew it was going to be completely fitted and hopefully she what I was expecting. I did require assistance putting it on as it is really a taut fit. I wear It on the second attachment and have worn it for almost 20 hours. You can see the difference it makes based on the pictures this is only my second day wearing but it ha been comfortable

This is amazing. I recently had some health issues and gained almost 20 pounds. It has been making me depressed and not wanting to go anywhere. I purchased this hoping it would help me look a little like my old self on an upcoming trip. UM... I never looked this good. Seriously. Buy it!! It will change your life. I'm 5'0 and 125 pounds. I purchased an XS which was really really hard to close but when I did (sheer willpower), it looked amazing and not uncomfortable. S would probably be easier to put on.
