Don't think about it just buy it and wear at least 8 hrs a day. Drink lots of water too. I was 172 lbs and 5'1 at the time of purchase. It's only been a week and I'm 6 lbs lighter no changes to my routine or diet. I can visibly see my waistline is smaller and love handles are gone. I wear syran wrap and slim cream under my shaper.

The best waist trainer I’ve ever had. It holds everything in and it allows you to workout in it and not be miserable. As long as you have a tank top underneath you are fine.

I absolutely love this waist trainer!! I’m 144 lbs and normally have a 26 inch waist which this brought down to 24 inches. I ordered an XS and was able to get it on the tightest hook so to any ladies who are around the same size I suggest you do the same.

I rarely write review but I want to do it for this one. Amazing product! I have bought several waist belts throughout the years but not satisfied with any until this one. My biggest concern when wearing the waist belt is the bulkiness and the visible rolls under the shirt/dress. But oh man, this one works geniously. The quality is awesome. Even sitting down, it is still smooth and comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.
