So I ordered this and I was a little nervous as it is my first waist trainer, but I received it today and tried it on and I haven’t taken it off yet. I love what it does to my waist and it instantly straightened my posture and too a lot of pressure off my spine. I ordered a small, I’m a size 03 and it fits fantastic! I am in love with this waist trainer!

This is literally my favorite waist trainer that I buy from Amazon, and I always recommend to people. with proper diet and exercise, Your waist line will definitely slim down. Trust and believe it will take time, but it’s definitely worth the wait. People are always charging $100 for a good waste trainer, i’m so happy I found this along time ago. I went from a size 3X to a large, you can do it and yes they work!

I just received my waist trainer... fits great, nice and tight around my waist... my only issue is when you zip it, it wasn’t zipping over the inside clasp... I had to keep tucking the inner clasp which mad it hard to zip... other than that it fits great and true to size

Its sucs in everything and looks great I bought a large because I am wearing a large in clothes right now but as far as comfort it kinda digs in with my breast pushes up against it and hurts so trying to find way to make it not press against my breast like that...I am short and that might have something else to do with it...torso not long enough

I’m 5’6, 240 lb and I got a 3x and babyyy I thought this thing wasn’t gonna fit but once I finally tucked my pudding in it made me feel like a new woman. It helps with posture too! Only thing is, my fupa kinda pokes out the bottom which makes me feel like I need a longer one but I guess you just have to adjust it to where you want it to sit and cover

It’s hard for me to find decent trainers that aren’t ridiculously obvious. This one you can wear a shirt over and you can’t see the trainer underneath. This one is full length so there’s not a roll of fat where the trainer ends and where it begins . It’s very flexible and light weight , way easier to put on than a corset . It does pinch my sides because I’m curvy but beauty is pain. I wear a size sm-med shirt and I got the small and it fits well. Make sure if you can’t get the zipper up to just clamp it on tighter then you’ll be able to zip it up!

Ordered a small , was pretty hesitant about getting it on . But I was able to get on the third hooks for now , which is okay with me! Loves how it literally sucked everything right up! Walking around with it on now and it’s comfy ! Helps with my posture . Will use in my workouts tomorrow and update the comfort level.

AT FIRST I ORDERED A SMALL BUT RETURNED AND REORDERED LARGE. I AM 5FT 5 AND WEIGHT 128. IT MAKES EVERYTHING LOOK SMALLER. BE CAREFUL ZIPPING IT UP WHICH TOOK A FEW TRIES FOR ME THAT YOU DO NOT PINCH YOUR SKIN. I LOVE IT.
