i love everything about this waist trainer. this waist trainer have my waist snatched!!! it's comfortable and it comes all the way down over my lower stomach and doesn't rise when i move around. i got a small and i weigh 143 pounds and it fits perfectly!!

I ordered XXL - it’s comfy enough to wear all day, including physical activity while waist training and shaping. I am 61 inches, 170 - product is long enough to cover upper and lower abdomen (AKA, FUPA) without issue - stays in place - not bulky - can wear underneath fitted tops during physical activity. Overall super happy.

Overall, I love the trainer. I will eventually order a new one as this one gets bigger as I drop weight. My only issue, is that one of the prongs in the inside started to come out. If this could be fixed, it would definitely be great!

Great waist supporter for an everyday fit or for dresses etc. Material is very firm I’d definitely would size up. I got a large and it presses against my fat underneath my arms which doesn’t look flattering in some outfits. It’s comfortable and flexible but again I wish I would have gotten a XL

If you are on the fence, don't be! I absolutely love this waist trainer. It immediately sucks everything in and gives you a very nice shape. Runs very small. I had to buy 3 different sizes before I got the right one. The very first day was difficult. It was super tight and my body was sore the next day like I had done a full body workout. Evert day after thar was completely fine. It's comfortable and sometimes I forget it's there. Don't worry about it showing under your clothes because it doesn't at all. I have had this for 3 weeks now and I've worn it 6-8 hours each day. I wear it while doing normal tasks and I've also worn it while working out. I wear a thin cami underneath it because I have very sensitive skin and don't want to take the chance of it irritating my skin. Even with that, I definitely can see a difference in my shape already and I've moved on to the second row of hooks. This is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I bought this back in April 2020 and it’s now July 2020. The 3rd hook (tightest) is not tight for me anymore which is a great thing because I can now order my XS! When I started I was around 155 lbs so I originally was going to get a medium but after reading reviews I decided to get a small and I’m so glad I did because it was the perfect size for me at the time. I’m now around 135-137 lbs. I should add that this wasn’t the only factor for me losing weight/inches but it did help! I was skeptical at first and this is my first ever waist trainer BUT I recommend this to everyone around me because I absolutely love it! No need to spend $50 or more from other places. I hope this helps you!

Much easier to get on than expected. I ordered a medium but probably could've started with a small. Takes time to adjust to breathing while wearing but could just be me and my asthma.
