I decided to go with this product mainly because of the metal zipper! I've purchased 2 others with nylon zippers and they both broke after wearing sporadically over the course of a couple months. This waist cincer is no joke!!! I almost returned it because I thought it was too small. I am in the process of loosing weight so I figured I would keep it. I initially had to lay down on my bed to hook it like I used to in the 80s in high school to get my Jordache jeans on! I also had to grip the zipper with pliers to pull it up! (instead of a metal coat hanger like in the 80s) But let me tell you, once it is on the thing is AMAZING. It sucks Every in. It also provides amazing support for my lower back which frequently hurts if I walk or stand too much. It is also great material that is breathable. It covers from bra height to a couple inches below the waist band of pants. Definitely measure your abdomen to get the proper size. I believe they run true to size in the size chart.

I love this product, it was recommended to me and i can't stop telling the girl thank you. So I'm 5'0 233lbs. Was looking for something to hold my C section belly FUPA up in my clothes.This does exactly what i was looking for. I bought a 2x and when i first tried to put it on it would not close. I was so discouraged. So the next day i said no I'm going to get this thing on! Sure enough it worked! Extremely tight but it worked. So here it is 5 days later and i am able to put it on with less struggle than the first day. The material is breathable it's not cheap i wear it under everything. It holds and shapes my FUPA. Haven't worked out in it yet. I am drinking more water and watching what i eat now to assist in weight loss and shaping. The only 1 CON i have so far is that i work in a office so I'm sitting for 7 out of the 8 hrs. The bones dig into my skin and they hurt so bad but when i stand back up it's relief but I'm sitting a lot so it's uncomfortable so i might take out the bones in the back. But i refuse to go up in size. I approve this product!

I purchased this waist trainer a wile back I love the product as for quality but using is a little difficult because I brought a extra large didn’t sent it back got a xxL receive it it didn’t fit I to a bigger size it was way to big so I don’t know what’s going with the sizing maybe these are made to fit Columbia women or something but they are not made to fit America size women I’m 165 pounds so I don’t know why it was hard to put this thing on
