This waist trainer for perfectly! I read the reviews and it is true to size my waist is a 32 so I purchased the large and it fit great I wear it under my clothes as well and it does the job. It makes you look snatched.

Definitely have to work out the rubber to stretch but the support on this thing is amazing . It hooks and zips easily ! I usually wear an xl in shirt sizes and had to order a 3x just for it to zip up properly. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased this for myself and it worked so well I had to get one for my sister. It does not roll up when you sit and because there is a zipper it makes it easy to put it on. I love the three different hooks. I will continue to purchase as I am losing inches off my waist.

I am 5'6 165 pounds and my waist is 41 inches. I carry most of my weight in my belly and was not sure what size to purchase. The chart recommended XXL but after a long time going over the reviews. With little people posting their waist size in inches I decided to go with an XL. It was hard to get on but not that hard it fits nice and snug on the last notch so once I loose weight I won't be able to use it anymore. I would have been better off with a large so I could get full use of all three size notches. I wear it all day at work and it is pretty comfortable it brings my waist to 37.5 inches! It looks amazing I haven't tried it with fitted shirts because I never wear them due to my belly that always pokes out. It does feel nice though and I look forward to being able to wear more fitting tops and not having to worry about people asking if I am pregnant 😔

To prevent extra tightness and discomfort go up a size. I have a Xl and wear the product over clothes to prevent marks and pinched skin. Overall it’s great

I love my waist trainer best one yet it makes me look like I have a hour glass I can actually see my bust waistline and hips again i can actually see wear everything starts and stop this was money well spent and the chart was a big help only bad thing i would say is that I should of brought this brand sooner I got my sexy back thank you for a awesome product

I’ve had trouble finding a waist trainer that gives me the shape I wanted without making my underarm fat stick out too much and this one really works.
