A bit tighter than a previous waist trainer I had purchased. Look at the size chart and decide what's best for you, if you want it to be tight but not suffocating you your normal size will probably work

I just received this in the mail and I immediately put it on. The fabric is nice and it doesn’t bend or wrinkle. I did get a Large when I was supposed to get an extra large because someone else on here said they bought the XL and had to get the L a few days later. The large fits good, it’s a little tight but I figure in a few days it will fit how it’s supposed to.

So far so good, noticing results especially the trouble area below the belly button. Also I have bad posture and my back usually hurts but doesn't when I wear this and after it's off! Already ordered a smaller size. I'm 5'3 130lbs and was about 31 inches. Ordered large then medium.

Was shocked that this fit me so perfectly. Of course I have to suck in to put it on, but that’s the point. Very easy to put on and I like the breathable holes on the fabric. I’ve had other waist trainers, but this is my favorite.

I really love this! I wore a dress on top of this to test it out and it was invisible underneath the dress (fit and flare). And with all corsets, it forced me into the correct posture which made everything look better. It fits perfectly if you follow the instructions and size chart. :)

I was a little top heavy though so the hourglass shape was a little too severe for me but I reached out to the seller for help with the sizing and they were so helpful and accomadating! They respond within 24(ish) hours given the time difference between me and them so just give them some time and you won't be disappointed.
