good stitching, strong material and comfortable. For reference, I am 115lbs and got xs. It fits a little tight but just as expected.

I absolutely love this waist trainer. It’s fantastic quality and very comfortable. It’s flexible enough to wear for daily stuff and doesn’t make me too sweaty. It’s durable and comfy! I normally wear a size small, so that’s what I ordered. On the smallest cinch it’s not as tight as I’d like. If you want real waist training, you’ll want to order a size smaller eventually. I’ll wear the small for a while and then downsize to the XS.

I initially ordered a large that was way too big. My waist was 30in and I was already on the 3rd level. I ordered a med and a small. The small is the better fit. Item is made with quality materials and seems to be holding up well. I am able to wear it for 6 hours or more and function.

I’ve gone through any fair share of waist trainers and this one is my favorite so far. I’m 5’2 and weigh around 190 and I got an XL. Looks great under clothes and leaves a smooth finish. It smelt a little funky upon opening it but besides that it’s great!

It was small at first but I still could buckle it on the last buckle and I've been wearing it 8 hrs a day I would workout in it and it's been 3 weeks of wearing it with like 2 days brake after wearing it for a week straight and now my waist is already smaller I'm on the second buckle instead of the last buckle..
