My waist is naturally small, so I ordered this to help with the shaping.
I’m 5’7 123lbs waist 23, and I had no problems fitting in XXS and it’s very comfortable to wear ( no problem breathing, no pain at all)
It’s long enough for a taller person too because it goes past your love handles and I’m sure it’ll help with that part too.

Update: I have already bought 3 of these and I’m in love with the results!

I just squeezed my fat body into this today... boy is it tight. I did online research to find how to buy the correct size - you can find great videos on YouTube. I learned it should feel impossible to put on the first time.
I hope it works. I sure look a lot skinnier today at work.

This was my first time buying a waist trainer & wasn't exactly sure of what size I should get but the sizing chart helped me out and it fits perfectly and the material is nice and comfortable! very satisfied. Hopefully it will push all the fat from my stomach to my ass before spring break.

This thing... amazing. I was a little skeptical because it's a little heavy, but once I put it on it was like heaven. My waist is 37-38 inches (depending on the day), so I got the XL. It cut a good 3 off my waist when I use the second set of hooks. Absolutely awesome.

The material is really good and all, fits well but more likely I should of gotten a XL instead. So I well continue to buy more because I do love the feeling and I feel very comfortable wearing it. :)

As a woman that is fimilar with corsets and waist training, I’m so very pleased with this order. I wanted something that I can wear under my clothes for a seamless look. This definitely delivered it. I got the latex one and doesn’t budge. I was worried it was going to roll or shift, but it didnt! It stayed put for the 8 hours while I wore it. My waist is 29 and Im 145lbs 5’2 and I probably should have gotten the medium but after the 15 minutes of trying to get it on I finally got it and it wasn’t constricting at all. Which makes me think that if I got the medium it probably I would have had it on the last or second notch.

Iwant to start this by saying that i was completely skeptical when i ordered this, but my best friend talked me into it...
I loved it, started at the largest eyelet and worked my way down. Have ordered another and I cannot wait to see the results. Lost 2 inches off my waist so far! my friends have seen similar results as well!!
Another great thing was that it helped my back, i didn't realize that it was aching so much until i starred having better posture because of this product... highly recommend for both inch loss and posture help!!!!

I’ve been using this for 4 days.
I had a baby 4.5 months ago and I just wanted something that could help with this little extra skin I have on my stomach. The first 2 days I used it for 2hrs and it was hard. The past 2 have been way easier! I have a 33 inch waist and got a medium and it’s not hard to put on at all. I have no problems breathing or anything. But keep in mind a lot of it is extra skin not fat.
