I think I need one size down (I’m 5-8, 200 lbs, tall and curvy) I bought a 2xl but I can wear it on the tightest notches. Omg I love this thing. So comfortable and sucks me in, helps with my posture. I can breathe in it, it stays out, I can wear it all day. My clothes look better over it. Yesss. Three people ordered it after I showed them how much I liked it. Make sure you measure yourself and look at the size chart. In my pic I have it on under my shirt, but over a cami. LOVE.

I ordered a medium bc that’s my shirt size. It’s a little too small, so I had to lay down just to fasten it but I’m fine with that. I love it!

This is my first time buying a waist trainer, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I do like it a lot. The outer material is somewhat silky & allows it to nicely intertwine with your tops & you can't see it through your clothes. I wear between a medium & large depending on cut, and the large cut close. I'm 5'6, 193 lbs, so anything smaller would not have fit. The 3 prong hooks is a plus as it allows you to make it smaller if you loose weight. I'd recommend it.

Read the reviews, looked at the sizing chart and ordered according. Fits perfect, on the second rung of hooks.
Feels nice under my clothes and so comfortable. Can wear all day while at work.

So my concern was what size to order because according to my measurements I was supposed to get an 5x..I knew that would have been to big...I’m a size 14 and large or medium tops so I knew for sure it would be big.
