I wanted mine to be snug and it was I bought a small an I'm on the very first latch (135 pounds) I had to however have my bf help me put it on the first time..but it fits how I wanted it to..also it helps with my posture

I am 5’7. 200pounds I wear a size 14 in pants.My waistline is 37inches, I got the 3X cause that’s what my measurements was. If you want this for just looking slimmer then get the size that your measurements go by. But if you want an actual TIGHT fit then I would get a size smaller for actual waist training.

At first I ordered the wrong size because the comments said size down and that size down did not fit. But after that, I ordered the correct size, I’ve worn it a FEW DAYS for maybe 6-7 hours each. I already notice an INCREDIBLE difference in my “mommy tummy”. That flab from my stomach is nearly gone. (Although I also count calories too) HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially for those stubborn mummy tummy guts !!! I’d post my transformation but it shows too much lol... but THIS WAIST TRAINER IS THE BEST. (I got the 25 bone one that looks like rubber on the outside but soft in the middle) SUPER comfortable to wear too !!!

I am 5’10 200lbs and ordered a size XL. Great quality well made. I am ordering a size up and keeping the smaller sizes as I continue to work on eating better. Hoping to be able to use them at that time. Will update if the next size up doesn’t work.

I loveeeee!!! This waste trainer omg!!! I am 5’4 in a half and my current weight is 181 my busy is a 38DD waist is a 30 and my hips are about a 43. I ordered a size large and i can fit the trainer only on the first hooks as of right now . I have a longgg torso my torso is about 12.5 inches so if you have a short torso I’m not sure if this waist trainer is for you . I love the fit , I’m not sure if the trainer is actually steel bones they might be plastic but it’s really comfortable I’m wearing it now and I will be wearing it to bed and to work and possibly the gym lol

Immediately took two inches off my waist after putting it on and after wearing it for a week straight 11 hours each day, my waist is 3 inches smaller without it. I definitely recommend this product but use as directed. I measured at 40-34-40 in the beginning and I bought a large. Moved too the last notch today and it still fits comfy and now I’m measuring at 40-31-40.

I really love this next level of waist trainer. It definitely works as long as you are consistent and eat right for an extra boost. It enhanced my hour glass shape. I wear this for a full eight hours a day, take it off for four-five hours and put it on when I go to the gym at night.

Just got this waist trainer today. At first I was scared that I wouldn't fit it. Suvkef by tummy in a little and took my time hooking it up. Wearing it on in the first row of hooks which is what I wanted so that I can use it for awhile. One day I will hit that third row.
