So when I first ordered I did not see the picture of the size chart, so ladies pay attention to that. I didn’t see the chart until my package arrived (my fault). So I went ahead & ordered a medium. (After I seen the measurement charts , I realized I was 2 measurements away from a medium & should have ordered a Large instead) but still I managed to squeeze into the medium. The first day it was hard for me to put on but still wore it while doing my workouts. The next day I went to put it on and it fit perfect lol. Did results happen in one day? Yes. Not major results but my waist was def smaller. It fit comfortable now and I wear it everyday while working out.

i have a small frame already but i wanted to define my waist and this trainer does great. my only complaint is i wish there was smaller than 23” since i could fit the smallest rings when i first got it

This is my first waist trainer and I can say that I am not disappointed. It’s great quality and feels great! I ordered a size Medium and I believe it fits great, I am only able to clip it on the first row. I’m 5’5 and weigh 150. The trainer fits very snug and is not loose at all. Overall, I’m happy with this product.
