So, very good quality product, love the packaging too. However, if you think you have an average torso- you probably don’t. I ordered this thinking I have an average torso and it covered my whole chest and partially covered my hip bones, which I didn’t like. Be careful! Currently ordering the version for shorter torsos, and expecting great results :)

Iam a real customer, not a paid one, purchased with my money. This is Perfect. I don't exactly know my measurements but I fit large to xlarge and size 13 pants. I have had 9 children and I am sooo mad I am just now getting this. This one I purchased a large and it seemed too small but I was able to put ALL my fat and it didn't break but used on the last clips. I could have went with an xlarge but I am attempting to loose weight so didn't want to buy the right size. The hooks are long and strong so they doesn't accidentally bend or come off on their own. It covers my entire stomach, gives excellent back support, gives you a curve and is suprising comfortable. If I had purchased right after I had my baby I do believe I wouldn't have gained the stomach weight because the fat wouldn't have been able to settle the way it did, this would have given my stomach a better shape and I wouldn't have lost my waistline also with it being tight you won't be able to eat as much. Side note, it can only work if you wear it, not in your closet.

I purchased this waist trainer in a small and I love it (5’7”, 145lbs). I’m starting 1 hour a day and want to increase it to 3 hours daily while decreasing the hook size when possible. It’s probably just pseudo science nonsense but I really like the benefit of corrected posture and a more hour glass shape. If anything, it will just make me look great in certain outfits lol.

I love this! I’m 5’2 and close to 130. I ordered a small and probably should’ve gotten a medium. It fits on the first snaps that’s as far as it will go. But I think I’ll keep it and just try to use it to track my size. I don’t really recommend wearing it while working out. It’s irritating for your skin and not comfortable. I have been working out and then wearing it for a few hours before or after a workout. I think it’s been really helpful with keeping me aware of my core. It’s more for the psychological use and keeping you thinking about your core. It should be paired with exercise and healthy eating. I do see a difference with how I hold myself now. I have gotten so used to wearing baggy clothes and not holding my stomach in haha this helps to remind you to use you’re core muscles, hold your stomach in and stand up straight.

I had originally bought a size M but it was to exact so I exchanged it for a size S. It’s been 2 months and now I’m purchasing another one size XS. It’s the best waist trainer I’ve ever had ! The quality is amazing and it does its job. It’s also a huge help if you’re lifting heavy weight and a big help supporting your back. My waist has definitely gotten smaller. I love it ! 100% recommend!

Im 4’8, 120 lbs, and I think I could’ve gotten a small but I got the x-small. As you can see, I’m wearing my old waist trainer (different brand) below the new one and it clamped to only the first row. I hope this can help me lose weight and shape my body.

It cinches the waist perfectly! I suggest going up a size or two because it definitely fits tight. I usually wear a large so I went 2x and it's perfect! I suggest putting a t-shirt on before you put on the cincher. It would make it easier to turn the clamps to the back and you could pull the t-shirt off after.
