Please please please read all reviews before purchasing . Look at people who are about your height and size before ordering to be sure . I am 240lbs and I’m 5’8 when I first purchased I was the 260 lbs . I ordered a 2x and started on the first row which was tight . As I lost weight now I’m on the 3rd row and it’s time for me to get an XL. I’m y’all so my weight isn’t compacted on me. My waist had gotten smaller I couldn’t have got a flatter stomach witch just working out because I had a pudge and I needed something to train my waist

I previously purchased the size large. I’m typically a size 28-29 / 8/9 or Medium (in leggings). I work out regularly and have an OK diet lol. I enjoy myself because I’m human. Anyways. I had it for about a month or so and now I’m on to the medium. I wear It between 2-8 hours a day. Usually at work. Or when I get off before bed. When I’m cooking on the weekend. I do everything but wear it to the gym or to bed. I just prefer full body movement ability when I’m doing both of those things. Good to avoid injury as well. Definitely wash before use. I hand wash and let dry. But otherwise great product. Comfortable and does its duty. Can’t wait to get to size small

I am very impressed thus far with this tummy tucker. I was worried at first about it fitting, but then remembered that it is supposed to be tight. The first couple clasps were difficult at first, but once I got one, the rest came easily. I am so excited to wear my tummy tucker outside of the house!

Im 5’9 240lbs and my middle section is always a hard part for me to control but I got this waist trainer in a 4x and it fit perfectly it recommended a 6x but I followed the reviews and ordered 2 sizes down and the fit was perfect.

I’m 5’1 150 lbs waist 28.5 I’m used to wearing shareware waist trainers anything of that sort. I went with the 25 bonded latex in size small which was a size down from the guide but it fit exactly as I wanted it. This is a great product great price. Comfortable enough you can breath yet very firm hold, I can still move around and sit the flexibility is great!

My waist measured at 28 inches so if you’re considering buying this I suggest you get a size down, I got the Small and it fits quite snug. I was able to get it on with a little difficulty but that’s to be expected. So far I feel like it will give me my desired result.

if you have a huge stomach please don't get a waist trainer you need a sweat belt you cannot train your waist if its covered by fat. that being said this waist trainer is one of the best i have used so far. i am 173 cm tall and weigh 136 lbs. after using the trainer for a month my waist went from 27 to 25. I wore it 6-8 hrs a day and did no exercise.

Great quality waist training! Only downside is that it runs big, I ordered a medium.. I’m a 8 on dresses 164lb 5’4 and it didn’t really do the job because it was too loose. Going to buy a small and see if that works better because I love the quality of it.

This is honestly perfect!! If it's not tight on you when you first put it on it is to big and won't train your waist. you have to work it a little but it'll get there. The material is comfortable and flexible. As it is right on your body when you first put it on it will leave marks when it comes off, if so wear a tank top underneath it to prevent this. Definitely worth the money I payed for it.

I really loved the durability of this I got the black one without ribs but it was a size too small I got a medium I'm a size 9 in jeans but a medium top. I wasn't sure what size to get but I still squeezed into it lol took me like 20 minutes but it is very durable the total came to almost $31 USD and it got to me in 3 days. I'm more than happy also it covered my stomach and was long enough that it does not roll down. I would definitely recommend this product
