I’m 5’4 140 lbs size 28 in jeans and 34DD cup size. I wear a size large mostly. US size. When I first got my trainer it was soooooo tight. I felt very discouraged and struggled to get it on! I bought the medium. I would finally be able to get it on by laying down and asking my boyfriend to help me. Was kinda embarrassed but f it. I wore it to work mostly for 6-8 hour shifts. For my job I worked at a restaurant that had a uniform of tiny orange shorts and a tiny tank top. You could barely tell I was wearing the trainer I loved it! Does give me a back roll spilling out on top near my armpit. I do have some extra back fat though. Overall I love it! Now I’m wearing it on the tightest clasp and am looking forward to going a size smaller.

This is good my waist is 26 in and in got the small and the farthest hook fits and the inner ones are tighter (as expected) . Recommend wearing a t-shirt under it cuz it kind of leaves a minor imprint on your skin . Saw good progress in a week, my body literally had no shape/ curves but I can seey waist getting snatched

I love love love this waist trainer! Actually so much I ordered a size smaller when I reached the last latch. I started with the latex one to work out in and it was a size medium and regular length. I am 5’7, 190ibs, and my waist was about 29 inches when this all started. I haven’t measure recently, but I can definitely see a difference. I moved from the latex medium one to a small short torso one because the metal rods in it were stabbing my underboob and this short torso one is waaaaayyy more comfortable than the other. I wear it to sleep in and most of the day. I’m trying to get to my last latch on the small so I can go to extra small by next month!

At first I got a medium and I couldn’t even clip it all the way. So I ended up getting the large and it fit so well! I might just keep the medium for when I size down. I have a 31 in waist for reference and a 11.5 in torso. It did kind of irritate my skin BUT it is recommended to wear a thin tank top underneath to prevent that. Over all it’s a really good beginners waist trainer at a good price.

The best ever!!! Doesn’t clinge on the side, fits and feel comfortable all day even though I’m in the car 24/7.. hard to tell under clothes, material is breathable too.

AWESOMELY AWESOME BUY IT!!! So I’ve tried a few waist trainers. This one is REAL. I can’t believe I didn’t pay $150.00... or more. Divorced, mom of two and I’d like to get back to the best body I can. My youngest is 3 and this FUPA has me super self conscious. This is just day one. I ordered a medium and ladies I’m a think mama but I struggled for 30 minutes to get it on. I’m sleeping in it tonight...my back feels so supported and my posture improved instantly so I can imagine what a months review will be like. I’m SIKED. I called two of my heat friends that have the same troubled area and we can’t afford a tummy tuck so here to eating better, working out and waist training AWESOME PRODUCT

Over the years I’ve had many waist trainers. Never would I Ever have thought that I’d find my favorite one on Amazon lol! I have the Black 25 steel bone trainer... ITS FREAKIN AMAZING! I’m 5’6 1/2 & I weight 206. I bought a XLarge & I am snatched! It’s definitely a very aggressive trainer. If you’re not used to waist training, I wouldn’t suggest getting a size smaller. If you’re really ready to train that waist, order a size smaller than you are ( for example, I could’ve ordered the XXL & it probably would’ve been super comfortable on the 2nd hook). Instead, I got the XL & I’m on the first book super snatched! I definitely recommend this product. It arrived 2 days early & it had no smell. I’m gonna try to add pics to this review... okay ladies.. be blessed & snatch that waist girl!

No complaints! According to my measurements I was a size L, but I ordered a M. I laid down to put it on, was a lil tight at first, but not unbearable. I wear a shirt underneath, so NO chemical burns/irritation. I wear it 8-10hrs each day & during workouts. Can’t wait to move to my second row of hooks!

Lovely waist trainer. This is my first trainer and I’ve had it a couple days. I love the feel of the material. I’m 5’4 and weight 180lbs and I had purchased a XL and it fits nice and snug on the last hook. I recently had a c-section and am hoping this helps tighten the middy. I’m combining with high intensity cardio and weight training as well as a 1800 calorie diet. I am excited to some results. Will wear everyday for 8 hours and will post results!

I really like this product, I have a sweatband but I was looking for something that would give me a nice shape so I bought this I am 5'9 and weigh 150. I bought a size medium but I could have definitely gone with a size small so I am kind fo upset with myself for that but it's fine I will stick with the medium for now and I feel like there's some progress I will go down in size and get a small. Great product good buy and 100% honest review!
