Alright, I’m gonna be real with you, I didn’t expect this to work. I had never bought a waist trainer before this, but honestly, I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna get a different brand than this. This works SO WELL. I’ve never really had an issue with my body other than those pesky muffin tops. When I’m wearing this, it’s like they don’t even exist. It’s smooth, it’s comfortable, and it’s virtually unnoticeable under clothes. When I have it on, my waist will go down 1-2 inches just while wearing it. I have yet to lose any inches from my waist without it on, however I have only had the trainer for about a week. THAT BEING SAID, I have noticed that my weight went from 150.2 to 142.7 since I started wearing this. While losing weight wasn’t the goal I had in mind, I was very pleasantly surprised with this. And here’s the thing, I didn’t change ANYTHING in regards to eating or exercising. The only noticeable thing I can come up with is that when I’m just wearing it around the house, I tend to eat less cause my stomach has less room to expand, so I feel fuller while eating less. This is big for me cause I’m a huge snacker. Also, MY FELLOW LADIES WITH BIG TATAS, this trainer gives your back AMAZING support. I wasn’t expecting this, but my back feels so much less sore when I wear this than when I go without. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Already buying my next size down!

I love this product! If u want a shaper that makes your look like an hour glass figure then this is the product for you. I also have lost some inches from my waist in only one week! I have lower back pain also because I work in an office and it supports my back and I have less back pain. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Good quality product I just wish I had ordered a smaller size it said 3x others said order 2-sizes smaller which was xl I should've gone with MY instinct and ordered a med (I'm on the last roll of hooks). This is about TRAINing... it should be tight this one fits comfortable nor tight (sad-face) ordering another one asap!

I bought this after seeing so many positive reviews and doing a little bit more research on how effective it could be. So far, I have worn it for two days for about eight hours each day and Saturday experiencing slight discomfort in my upper back. So I am not sure if I’m going to continue wearing it. My waist is a 34 and I weigh about 205 pounds and bought an extra large that fit really well. It seemed like it was doing its job!

It fit perfects. It doesn’t roll up while I’m working out. It’s comfortable as well. Will repurchase again as soon as I need to go down a size. I ordered a xl. I’m 5’7 and weight between 155 to 160.

My waist is 34in. I brought a size medium. It fits perfectly. The size chart is incorrect, but thanks to reviews I ordered the right size. I washed before wearing. I’m on day three with no rash or indentions on skin. I wear for eight hours,as suggested.

I finally got the right size!! BUT THERE’S A TRICK. I’ve ordered waist trainers before and it’s either too small or too large. This time, I read most of the reviews and most of the women said to go 2 sizes down from what your “waist size” on the chart is. You need to make sure you can measure your waist properly before you just guess. I measured my waist (slightly above belly button) and it measured to a 35 (XXL) so I decided to buy a 29-31 (Large). Today I got it and hooked it on the 1st row (closest to the opening) and it fit great!!! Of course you want it to be snug and there is some resistance as you pull it together and that’s normal - you definitely should still be able to breath. As you lose weight and lose inches you will be able to close it to the 2nd and final row! I love the material it’s made really well. So happy With this long awaited purchase. I hope the sizing advice works for you as it did for me! 😄

I have been using it for about four days already and it fits me perfectly, I have never worn anything like this so it is something to get used to it. I started using it for 7 hours a day until I get used to it and can wear it for longer. I am regularly a size M but I got a size L.
