I just received my waist trainer today and i have to start out by saying for $28 I really wasn't expecting this good of quiality!!!!! So for those of you looking for the right size, I was a little worried about that myself, I am 5'7 119 pounds and wear a size small in shirt size 5/6 in jeans, but figured I should start with a medium and I'm glad I did bc it is perfect! I'm on the last row, so after a few weeks I'm going to have to buy the small, but I'm happy I ordered a medium bc it would of been a pain to get into a small at 1st. My waist trainer came 2 days after placing my order. Now to see if it really does the job of trimming your waist and helping my posture!

I am a new corset wearer and I am fully satisfied with the fit and feel and wearing length ability, it doesn't get real hot, it's comfortable. My waist is 39 so I got a 4x and it's perfect.

It does fit a little small, but compared to others I've purchased, this one keeps everything in place! Ill definetly get 1 size up and work my way down to the one I just received. I love it even though it fits a little tight lol

Very happy with my purchase. This is my second waist trainer, must cheaper but better quality than the one I had bought from a Teen Mom Instagram ad.. I bought true to size based on my height and weight.. 5'3 175lbs, xxl. My body has not recovered from having two babies in 1.5 years and while I'm out in public I don't want to be self-conscious in pictures with my babies and having fun. So I bought this to wear under my clothes until I can get back into pre-baby shape. This isn't a substitute for excerisze or diet but it does work to look slimmer underneath clothes.

These are REALLY tight. That doesn't mean you got the wrong size as other comments say. Just lay down as you're putting it on like you would with too-tight jeans.. It won't work if you get a size too big for you.

Ok so I bought this and I'm a L in shirts so I thought I'll get a XL it should fit perfect (ignoring the size chart) I prob would have been good with a XXL but I can still use this one on the first row. The material is really nice. Definitely worth the price.

I ordered a XXL and of course used it for a month went down to the third loop, I have noticed this has worked on me because I can see it has flatten my tummy.
I have now ordered an XL because the XXL is now to loose on me.
This really works.

just follow the guide as to your size and it will be perfect, I went by a lot of the reviews that you need to order a size smaller than suggested and WRONG, so I returned the first order, (very easy return!) and ordered this one and though somewhat small, I still got it on, but decided to wait another week or so to lose a few more pounds (have lost 28 so far) for it to be a bit more comfortable. I did wear it a whole day, and it does give/stretch a little bit so I didnt want to order a larger size. Below the rib cage im 38 inches, but after 3 kids, im 40 in the lower abs, (yes all that gut of loose flab ugh) but since I changed my eating habits, I have lost weight and continue to lose but need the extra help to smooth out the abs and this thing really does work, Im now wearing a size 10 and just for kicks I went shopping on the day I wore this and I fit into a size 8! so to wrap things up, its great, it works, its livable as long as you get the right size, I have the XL, and tho a bit to tight, i still wore it a day but am waiting another few more pounds before wearing full time. Plus maybe I wont almost kill myself with heart failure with the struggle of getting it on lol

I had the product for over a week and I love it. I'm 5'3 and 160 lbs most of my weight is on my stomach area. I'm already on the second row and I do see a noticeable difference in my love handles. Not to mention that my posture is improving. I ordered an XL and it fits, I thought it was too small at first but you have to just suck it in and it get the job done.

Hey ladies sorry after searching for a waist trainer I viewed other reviewside n decided to order this waist trainer in must say that I love it good material only thing I wish it was tighther I ordered a 6xl I am a size 20 22 but when I received it i notice it was alil. Big but was so eager to wear n didn't have time to return it but anyway I kept it i wear it everyday for more than 8 hours let's see how my results go i think i need to go down to a size 4xl maybe I get this in in less than 3 min that's how easy it is for me worth the money
