    I still give it 5 stars even though I have to return it. The material is nice and thick but not too much stretch to it. I ordered a large and it feels like a small.

    29 beltline male here, 26 to 27 waist, xs fits me fine on the loosest brackets. i have 38 band size and 45 upper chest, i am abl;e to get it over my ribs with a little msucle. puts me down to 23 waist as shown

    Perfect fit, I ordered the size under my measurements as I'm using it as a waist trainer, I want it to be small so I can move down the rings as I wear it. Perfect fit, does the job.

    love the product. It fit a little tighter than the solid black on I have of this brand, so not all fit the same. This one is shorter though, so good for us short women. Product itself is as comfortable as you can be with a corset on. the breath-ability is a plus.

    So I weigh 230 lbs and I went by the chart so a 3x is too small so I will need a 4x bummer but overall the waist trainer is good and sturdy

    This waist trainer appears to be very well made. I am 5'10 athletic, 163 lbs, & have a 32 inch waist. Based on the chart I ordered an XL. It fits on the smallest setting so I am returning it and ordering a large. I highly recommend only ordering 1 size up from your normal shirt size based on my experience. Hopefully my new one is perfect in a L.

    Measure your waist, do not buy according to your size, had to buy another one because I went by my size and it was a XL which fit like a small. But kept it until it fits. But when I received my new order that I had measured my waist to it fit perfectly.
