5'3 200lbs and I got the 3X and I am absolutely in love! I've worn it for 2 days now and it's so comfortable! I will be purchasing more colors! The pic of me in the orange was taken 3 weeks ago in the same jeans... And the rest are me with the waist trainer on! Hello hourglass figure!!!!

im usually a medium in shirts, i am 5 feet and about 170 pounds and i bought an xl and it fit pretty good! I was able to hook it onto the tightest hooks. A large would be good for a tighter fit but if you are just starting an xl is good as well

Great corset belt. Buy it please. I would buy again and again. I'm a waist 28. I chose the XS because I wanted it extra snugg. It was perfect. I had bought the small previously but returned it coz I dint feel it was right enough for me.

Going from my measurements I ordered an XL and once it got here (in a couple days, great shipping!) it was too big. I had to put it on the last clips for it to fit ok. I contacted the seller & they gladly sent me a smaller size :) it fits perfect & use it every morning for my boot camp class!

Perfect fit! I have wanted one of these for along time but did not want to waist money. After reading so may great reviews I thought I would give this one a try. I'm so glad I did! I'm loving this thing. I only had it for about a week. I read a lot of reviews before I finally purchased it. For the price the quality of this waist trainer is excellent! I had it for about a week and the first day I wore it on the first set of hooks. The next day one of my coworkers said girl it can get tighter and she helped me put it on the second set. It really helps withmy posture since most of the day I'm at my desk. It doesn't decrease my appetite but it does stop me from over eating when I do eat. I'll looking forward to seeing some results. The only negative for me is the smell but that was to be expected. I'm 5'7 and weigh about 180. I ordered a xl and it's a perfect fit.

Love it. Actually purchased it for a friend. Latex perfect fit size Large and she wears a 10-12 size pant. A little hard to get on at first but we worked it in from the top to bottom button and then adjusted it after. Happy campers:)

This is one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. I have already bought it twice because I went down in size. It really helps shape your midsection. Package always arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is easy to wear and comfortable. Will be tight at first but that's to be expected. Its a good thing it has 3 different hooks because you dont have to order another one as soon as the first hook fits loose. Also ive noticed that eating while wearing this has helped me eat less. All in all , in combination with diet and exercise. This corset has helped to diminish any back rolls and tummy flab and its helped to give me the hour glass shape ive been dreaming of. 5/5 will continue to buy this product.

I have a 25 inch waist & bought the X-Small. Was a bit worried it'd be too tight but it fit perfectly! I'm using it to achieve a curvier waist and it's working! It's been about a month or more that I've been wearing it and exercising in it and I'm currently on the last hook with a not so boxy waist.^-^

I absolutely love this waist cincher!!! This is the one and only I've ever tried and I'm so glad I did. I'm about 5'5 and weigh 150. No idea on waist size, I just winged it. I originally bought medium but had to send it right on back! Large is perfect! I bought it to try and correct my diastis after pregnancy, but I'm also hoping it'll help with my posture, back pain, and maybe even some weight loss! It is so comfortable even though it's tight, obviously. I'm gunna wear this thing non stop.
