I've only worn the trainer once but I'm not new to waist trainers. This is awesome for the price. I was expecting something a bit flimsy due to what I'm used to paying for a trainer and this is anything but that... It definitely has great control and gives me the snatch affect I'm going for. I highly recommend everyone buy a couple of these.

I was SUPER skeptical about this whole waist training thing, but after spending a LOT more on my first one from an official site, and seeing the results, I am hooked! I needed to move down a size (from a Medium to a Small) but didn't want to spend the horrendous amount of money for a 2nd one as I did for my first. I found this corset here and decided to spend the extra on the 4 hooks instead of 3 to make it last longer.
The quality of this corset is as good if not BETTER than the more expensive one I purchased. I'm very happy with this because it's comfortable, provides an instant slimming effect and seems to be helping because I'm on my 2nd hook now, where when I first received this I couldn't even put it on.
For those who want to try these out, I say check Amazon and get a quality product like this, but don't expect ANY results if you don't plan on working out and eating right/less. This will not magically make you thinner (when you take it off) I do 30-60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, am mindful of what I'm eating and wear this corset (which helps me to not overeat). If you do it right, this corset can definitely help you get your waist back.

Most effective thing I've ever tried at slimming my waist. Struggled to get it on because it's tight (as expected). I often am overly warm, but so far wearing this hasn't bothered me, which is a pleasant surprise. It's also not super noticeable under clothes, though I imagine there will be some thin/tight clothes that you may be able to tell. Right now I'm wearing a black cami over it and I don't think anyone can tell

anyone that ever said money can't buy happiness was straight up lying to you. i'm 5'3 and fluctuating between 150-160lbs with an hourglass figure. my waist is nice as-is, but i'm not too fond of how my hips look in general. i felt instant relief when i put this thing on. at first it felt like it wouldn't fit, but once i got the bottom hook latched i slowly worked my way up. it only took two minutes to strap myself in. then i stood in my full length mirror for a half hour marveling at the results. i eventually got dressed in the clothes i was wearing beforehand and noticed that i lost at least one or two pants sizes. i can't express how much i love this. sitting down is a bit of a chore, but i can't sit down at my job so i plan on wearing it all the time. if you were hesitating on buying this - please just buy it. you wont regret it.

Better than I expected. I like that it fits my long torso. I like that it has three rolls so as I loose weight I can adjust and continue to use. The material is very thick, but it does stretch. Only thing that someone might not like it that you can't bend over in it too well. I am ok with it because it helps me stand straight and sit with good posture and is great for working out in.
