    It's best to order a size up because it's extremely tight and hard to put on but boy is it worth it!!! Definitely holds mid section in and yet still comfortable once on correctly. You will love this item to wear under dressed or with body suits etc to take control of the stomach area and also to not have pant lines.. I love it! I usually wear large in clothing I ordered a xlarge because of the reviews I saw and how difficult it was for them to put on ☺

    It looks like it will do good but the sizing was off for me. Maybe because I waist train already. I ordered a medium and should have got a small. If you waist train already, I suggest going a size down.

    This is a well made garment and it has a great shape. The item was a bit heavy due to the steel bones, but it will hold up. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it due to the cut of my formal, but I will keep for future costume use.

    Great material some stretch in the waist, knee length. I am very happy with the product and it's a great price.i ordered a large I am 36/28/36 and could have gotten a med it's a little loose in the waist.

    I'm a medium but I bought a small which fits perfectly. It's my favorite sauna suit because the belt is adjustable and is the right width for me. The upper part too fits very nicely.

    It's too long for my torso however, it's materials have been hiking up great. Doesn't feel in the least bit cheap. I will be purchasing a shorter one.

    This is a great waist trainer for the price. I have been waist training for about 6 months and started with the more high end products which has left me with bruises from the steel bones breaking out of the cloth so I purchased Yianna as a substitute till I am able to buy the higher priced ones. The Yianna is a great buy and especially good for beginners. I still like the higher end lines as the Yianna is a bit more bulky so not ideal to wear under clothing but great to use during exercise. I would buy Yianna waist trainer again.

    I usually wear a small in shirts but I used the sizing chart so I ordered a medium. It was a little tight to get on at first but that's the idea. It doesn't roll up like others I've used. It helps with my posture. I would definitely order again.
