I got this in a size XXL after reading all the reviews .. I'm 5 3 198 pounds 38DDD wear a size 12/10 pants and large/xlarge top .. it fit like a glove sung but not to tight .. the straps inbetween the legs and on the shoulders are adjustable.. I will be ordering another in a XL for when I lose more weight !!!

Ok so I had this item for a few weeks and wanted to wait a good amount of time before I left a review and was able to wear the item a few times. I am not going to lie when I first tired to put it on I was ready to just give up but it was worth the fight. I personally wouldn't recommend unhooking the hooks before putting it on. At least it was a royal disaster for me. I simply pulled it up like normal except I put the hooks on the second row. Once I did that I just wiggles it up my thighs (which are thick). The hold is amazing and it also helps me keep my back completely erect and for a person with back problems that was a great thing for me. The only thing I wish was that it was as annoying as it is to go to the bathroom with this on. I say that because if you bought it a size smaller or if it is already a snug for, once you unhook the hooks it will try to roll up quick!

This Yianna waist trainer's material is Awesome! The material is nice and smooth on the inside as well as the outside, and very sturdy, as shown in the photos I have provided.. I ordered a 5Xl, according to the reviews I read of other customers who bought this product, but it didn't fit, and I was on here FOREVER, reading almost every review, to try and figure out my size. To give you an idea, of my size and height, I'm 5ft tall and 200lbs. To help other girls out there, I have provided a pic of myself, with just one hook on, because, I haven't seen anyone post a photo like this, to give an idea, oppose to reading how it didn't fit. My son tried to help me hook the other ones on, but it wasn't working. Lol! I didn't want to go on the bed and struggle to get it on. As for me, I don't think that's healthy, for it to be that tight, that you can't breathe.. I want it to fit comfortable, and go on as easy, as, putting on your bra.. So I'm sending it back but ordering the 6xl and Hopefully, it'll fit! Hope this review was helpful!

The material is perfect and it fits kinda loose because I got it too big. I have it on the tightest notch. I think I went up two sizes instead of one so it has the control top feature but not snug enough for the waist training or posture. I might keep this one (4XL) just to wear on a regular basis to pull in the hanging belly/ working out *BONUS I have a long torso, and mainly wanted it to go over the part that hangs down for my fitted prom dress, but I'm gonna buy a size down, see how it goes and just return this one.
