    They were awesome. I originally ordered a medium and it was way too small. I contacted the seller and they sent me a large free of charge and they informed me that I didn't have to return the smaller size. A++++ customer service. My waist is 32 in., and you can hardly see it under clothes. Great quality and product!

    I am 5'11 and weigh 216lbs. I ordered the 4X and can close it on the third row comfortably. I've never used a waist trainer before so this is a good size for me to start out with just to get used to wearing one. I am going to purchase another one in the 2X as another reviewer did and will wear that one when I want even more definition in my waist. I've only had it a few hours but so far I'm pleased.

    Yeah I thought this wasn't gonna be too snug my tummy is the larger part of me right now I'm 125 lbs but my tummy is big like 31 inches. I got the medium and I can fit on the last part of the hooks and it's pretty tight. I'll get used to it, cause I'm gonna be wearing this daily. I suggest get the breathable version.

    The waist cincher fits nicely but yet, is comfortable and does not have problems with the boning getting creased and poking into your skin.They are reinfirced well and cannit feel them jabbing me from either the top or, bottom of them. I am very satisfied and will buy more in the future. Thanks for the manufacturing of a quality product!

    The waist cincher fits nicely but yet, is comfortable and does not have problems with the boning getting creased and poking into your skin.They are reinfirced well and cannit feel them jabbing me from either the top or, bottom of them.     I was skeptical at first, I always hear both good and bad things about waist trainers. After searching Amazon for hours for a waist trainer that didn't cost over $30 AND had good reviews I came across this one. I decided to take the plunge and ordered it in a size medium, for reference I am 5 8 150 pounds. It came nicely packaged and at first I was worried it would be too small but it is perfect, just the right size. It really does make a difference on my body shape and has motivated me to go and workout (also eat healthier!) more. This is my first trainer ever so I'd say this is a pretty good starter one. My only complaint is it doesn't keep my back as straight as I'd like as the boning is a tad bit bendy but other than that it's a very very nice one.
