Great product.. I was skeptical at first because I didn't think I would be able to workout in it, but this waist trainer is perfect for the gym! I do a lot of running on the treadmill and it's really good for your back. It's a little bulky, so you can't really wear it under clothes to hide it. Highly recommended.

I really like this trainer! The durability is amazing and material is flexible so you are able to loosen or tighten as much as needed without having to purchase a smaller/larger size. I usually wear a small/medium in some clothes so I purchased the small and its definitely true to size. I've only been able to wear it at a max of 2 1/2 hours before I start feeling discomfort. However, I am increasing time by 30 minutes everyday. The trainer really digs into your skin after a while, but its well worth it. I posted the picture below in hopes to help with your decision and to show what has changed within 4 days. Your feedback of whether or not you see a difference would be greatly appreciated! Please disregard the bottom boob shot as I did not realize I took the shot that high on the first day of wearing it. I can't wait to see the changes within the next few weeks.

I love this Shaper, it fits nice and tight and holds everything in. I love the fact that it is pretty much undetectable wen you wear it under your clothes. This product is pretty durable as well, after a few washes it still hasn't shrunk/stretch out or get that worn out look. I'm 150pds 5'4 and I ordered a small. The only negative thing about this shaper is sometimes the thong part can get a little uncomfortable but that's nothing a little adjusting (of the straps or the hooks) can't fix. I will b ordering again.
