    I ordered an xx-large and I must say at first I thought I had ordered a bit to small. But after wearing it more I saw that I did indeed order the perfect size. I do think if I had ordered an xxx-large it would have been to big.

    Love it. It's a firm fit. Been wearing to the gym. I lift as well, and provides just a lil support to my back. NOT TO BE CONFUSED FOR A LIFTING BELT. I love it, I sweat a lot, my stomach feels flatter. It's only been two days wearing straight to the gym.

    ordered miine at its great ! actually does help with back support . i slouch a little and its been helping my posture , i suggest going up a size , im a medium and its quite snug . But this is an AMAZING product

    I love this Shaper, it fits nice and tight and holds everything in. I love the fact that it is pretty much undetectable wen you wear it under your clothes. This product is pretty durable as well, after a few washes it still hasn't shrunk/stretch out or get that worn out look. I'm 150pds 5'4 and I ordered a small. The only negative thing about this shaper is sometimes the thong part can get a little uncomfortable but that's nothing a little adjusting (of the straps or the hooks) can't fix. I will b ordering again.

    It was the perfect size for me to start. I got it and could only get it hooked to the last row. Now after only a week and a half of wearing while I run on the treadmill I am down to the smallest hooks. Definitely going to order the next size down soon.

    Its perfect. It holds you in nice and tight but its breathable fabric doesn't make you feel like you're in a vice grip. I think its great to work out or just do regular chores around the house. Love it!

    Though too small...I love the design and the structure, overall feel of the item. I ordered L but obviously need an XL for starters! I'm a size 12 with a 32 inch waist so I thought the L would do the job. Silly me...LOL I ordered another the same day though so hopefully I will be good to go! Excellent delivery time as well...

    Sizing was a bit off, I measured myself according to the chart they have so I went with a 6XL and was snug at first but end of the day I could fit into the third hook. Reordered it at 5XL and it fits perfect. I don't use it for vanity reasons, more to help with my posture sitting at my desk all day. And it's helped a lot. Material is very thick and it's a well made product. I'm happy with my purchase, plus gives my boobs an push up :)
