    First let me say i am very happy with this waist trainer belt. I am 5'5 175 pds i wear a size 12 in pants and a m/l in tops so i ordered a large and it fits perfectly. it came a day early which was great for my trip to the gym yesterday. Its very comfortable.

    I really love this waist trainer. It holds me in perfectly, and I am certain it will help me she'd my unwanted belly fat. It has been extremely difficult for me to get rid of my belly fat after having my two babies. I really want my Itty Bitty Waist that I use to have back.... Hope to get my stomach and waist down several inches before the summer.

    I am a size 8 pants and ordered the medium. It fits, but just barely. I would go a size up if you are in the middle of being a medium and large like I am. This looked adorable under my 50s swing dress. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    So excited, going to be wearing a skin tight dress at an upcoming convention, and this thing is amazing. My only only only problem is that I have is that since this this is basically a thong in the back, it doesn't really help shape the butt area at all. But seriously, it's pretty awesome.

    I love this corset! Before this, I had only tried the rubber waist cinchers. They give you a good shape, but they pinched my sides and bruised my skin. This corset doesn't bruise my body, and the shape is amazing. I had several people ask me if I'd been working out just this past weekend. I haven't been working out lately, so it's the corset that's giving me this snatched waist. The two thin steel plates that run down the front, make my stomach look totally flat. I absolutely love that it is adjustable with the strings in the back. It really shapes your stomach after wearing it for a while. My stomach remains flat for a few hours after taking it off. I was hesitant of trying it at first because I didn't think I'd be able to get it tight enough for the shape I wanted, but this is by far the best waist cincher/corset I've tried.
