I ordered 1 Size up and love it! It is comfortable but gives an instant hourglass figure. My only complaint is that it's too bulky to wear under clothes.

I love this wasitshaper/sweatband. Ive had for about a week and workes out in 3 times and see my stomach coming down slowly. Its compress the area very comfortably and i can wear it for hours. True to size, this is my 3rd kind of waist trainer and this is MY BEST ONE!!!

For 23 bucks, the corset is great, i had a real headache trying it but dont mind me, i probably should of order a medium. . I order small and fits really tight, however im in between sizes, imagine my headeache..

Very impressed with the quality of this waist trainer. I was able to put it on the smallest setting without assistance or struggle ( Ordered a L, with a 30 waist measurement). I did go based of my waist measurement only when picking a size. But I have been working out like a mad woman and keeping my diet in check so i think that's why its loose now. My measurements were beginning of size L and end of M , i should have just gone with the M but wasn't sure if it would have been to small. I do plan on ordering the med soon as the L gets bigger on me. But again great quality and totally worth the money!

I am 5.3 and weigh 121 i got a size small. I have muffin top all the time, this worked wonderful! The first time i tried to put it on it was very painful, i didn't think I could do it. My skin was red from trying to slide it up. Today I mentally prepared myself to go through the pain to get it on, it was much easier this time. I am very please and am going to purchase in another color.

Beautiful fabric and good quality. I followed the directions for measurement and it fit fine. I have been wearing for 2 weeks with no issues. The only thing I would change is the brand name tag which is of a harsher material and irritates my skin. This is an easy fix and not something I felt critical enough to mark my review down. I would order again.

I got an XXL for a 34 waist I was on the 3rd hook and it was still quite loose! If you are around my size I recommend getting a L! But otherwise, LOVE IT! FEELS GREAT ON MY BACK AND I HAVE HAD BACK PAIN SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL!

Firstly, I have to say that the sizing for this is so strange and somewhat confusing but the numbers (and reviews) made ordering fairly easy. Secondly, if you're going to order THIS waist trainer, you MUST measure yourself. But, if it helps, I'm about 4'11 and 127 pounds. I measured myself around the waist to be 34/33 inches (on a good day, lol). With that in mind, I used the sizing chart and the reviews to make the decision to buy one size SMALLER than my measurements suggested. The size chart provided by the seller said buyers my size should order 2XL. I bought an XL with the hope that I could squeeze myself into it. I have to admit, I was really worried about the sizing. Upon opening it, I panicked about how small it seemed and how it didn't quite wrap around easily, but after a few seconds and some stretching of the material, I decided I would make it fit. And I did! And let me tell you, I was surprised. it took a little bit of effort to get all the hooks latched but once I did, it didn't feel too tight at all. I was happily surprised at how comfortable and breathable the material was, and the compression felt just right. I opened it at night, so I decided to try sleeping in it and found that I just got too hot wearing it after 4 hours of sleep so I took it off and when I woke up in the morning, my stomach looked incredible. I'm not saying it was a huge difference by any means, but it was to me. Today is going to be my first full day wearing this waist trainer and I've already gotten the first and last clasps into the second row of hooks. So far, I'm really pleased!

This trainer is amazing. It doesn't pucker or wrinkle. The material is nice and thick so you know that it will last. My waist looks much slimmer and I'm already losing inches.
