    Fits & feels great. Pay attention to the measurements as they are correct. I order too small the 1st time because of comments. I ordered the correct size this time & it fits & feels great. I plan to loose to get into the other so everything is great.

    I ordered 1 Size up and love it! It is comfortable but gives an instant hourglass figure. My only complaint is that it's too bulky to wear under clothes.

    I love this wasitshaper/sweatband. Ive had for about a week and workes out in 3 times and see my stomach coming down slowly. Its compress the area very comfortably and i can wear it for hours. True to size, this is my 3rd kind of waist trainer and this is MY BEST ONE!!!

    I already need a new one. The large is just about too small. I should have bought the medium like I planned. This is a quality belt but bulky so it can be seen under tight clothing. It also provides back support (in my opinion).
