This is a wonderful product. I love that I look so much smaller in it then without it. Yes, I know that means I need to work out but I'm just out of surgery and I didn't want to wear a bulky back brace. This works, just don't tell my doctor.

I got a medium, I am a 4/6. I thought it was crazy small at first, just because it was tight and hard to pull up. After you get it on, just keep trying LOL, it feels great, and REALLY slims everything out! I also got a small, at first I couldn't get that on up at all, but after a few weeks wearing the medium, I now fit in the the small :)

I ordered size M for my wife. She measures 36 waistline, like an inch above navel. The waist trainer fitted her well, but just enough. Size L would be a better fit for her. But I guess I did choosr right after all, as she is going to lose sizes anyways. So measure your size before you order. As for the product, it is good quality. I have used support belts for work, the industrial type ones, and the velcro closures are not as tough as in this YIANNA waist trainer. This velcro are really though. That is good for the purpose of the belt. Also the supports are sturdy, not as the ones I've used in my work belts. This supports are well placed and we'll covered. The have like neoprene type of material si they don't bother your skin. Very happy with this waist trainer.

I'm 5'2 and 156 pounds. I got the XL. I always wear my pants over my stomach. I don't understand why people let their stomachs hang over. It looks gross, but for this review I did that so you can see how big I really am and how great this worked. It completely sucked me in. I looked great!

Perfect for women with long torsos! I tried the (much more expensive) Kardashian-endorsed waist trainer and it was too short for my long waist. This is the perfefct length, the quality of the material is about the same (sometimes have to bend the hooks back into shape a little, but that's a small price to pay) and its much less pricey. This essentially works like super-spanx. I never leave home without it.

I'm 5 4 200 lb Waist 34 Lower waist 37 1/2 Lower belly button 42 Hips 49 I order size xxL and it fits perfect in first line tho Love the material is comfortable but I can't have it on for more then 6 hr just bcuz I do million things and I feel it take me longer time to do them. I think if you use it when work out 2 hrs is enough. need to keep trying more and use it more but was a great purchase for the price I recommended

So, let me just say, this far exceeded my expectations. This is the third waist trainer I have purchased. This is the ONLY one that does what it's supposed to do. The other ones I purchased were thinner, stretchier fabric and just sort of stretched around my fat rather than tightening around it and squeezing it in. This thing really squeezes you in. It's thick and sturdy which I love. Under clothes it really does give me that hourglass shape with no bulges. A few thing to consider before you buy: It's tight, thick material. There's three sets of hooks so as your waist shrinks you can go to the next set. The first day I tried putting it on it took me over 30 mins. I'm 5 2 171lbs and I got a large. It was slightly smaller than I anticipated. (If you don't want a super tight squeeze maybe go up a size). However, by my fourth time wearing it I can now get it on in about 10mins. So it must be working. Still super tight though but that's what I want. Also, first day wearing it it was a bit uncomfortable but I'm used to it now. It makes me sit straight up! No slouching lol I haven't worked out with it yet but I don't see it being a problem if I do. It's long, goes all the way from my waistline to my bra. If you are like me and have some back fat there will be back bulge at the top bra area but once you put on a shirt it's not visible. Also, I wear an undershirt under mine so it does't rub against and irritate my skin(had that issue with another waist trainer I bought). Hope this helps!
