I got a medium, I am a 4/6. I thought it was crazy small at first, just because it was tight and hard to pull up. After you get it on, just keep trying LOL, it feels great, and REALLY slims everything out! I also got a small, at first I couldn't get that on up at all, but after a few weeks wearing the medium, I now fit in the the small :)

I did much research on which waist trainer to purchase. I didn't want to spend a lot of money up front, because what if I hated it? I'm 5'3 and a size 12, 40' waist (postpartum). I ordered the 3XL and it couldn't have fit better! It is a bit long, but no too long that it's uncomfortable to wear. I do feel a great difference in the way my shirts fit and it is not bulky under clothes. I would highly recommend it for beginning waist training!

I have heard and bad things on these but I absolutely love mine!!! I had a c section a little over a year ago and I was not planning on one. My muscles are kaput and I don't have the best eating habits I didn't know portion control. But this helps me not eat so much also! I drink lots of water now and these pictures are using it for two weeks!!! The first photo is now and the second two weeks ago

Fits very well. I have a 29in waist and I bought a small. Came on time. Package was neatly packaged. I only worn it twice and so far I love it. Very easy to put on myself. My posture with this on is perfect. Difficult to wear under colored bodycon type dress. The grooves of the trainer shows, I have a spandex cover to go over and ace band wrap I put together and I'm able to wear it with a black bodycon dress but like I said difficult to wear with out noticing it with colored tight dresses.

Size small fits great I am a 4-6 andam using this to help my posture and for back support. Well made abeit all Lil smelly from factory, but it wears off. Worn for a week now.

I am 15 days postpartum. Before I got pregnant I was 140 (I'm 5 2 ) I ended up being 183 and when I had my baby I was 176. I got a XL I'm usually a M. I tried it the first day postpartum and it did not fit at all probably cuz I just had a baby.. The a week later I was 167 and it fit! Tight, but it fit.. My skin feels a lot tighter after wearing it right now I'm down to 159
