Love it!! Ordered the medium. I'm 5'4 180 with 29 inch waist and it fits snug just how I like my trainers. Very comfortable. Does have that plastic smell but overall 5 stars!

I started wearing it on Saturday by Monday I could already see results..I love it I wear it all the time..I take it off to sleep but as soon as I awake I put it on. This is my 3rd waist trainer and my favorite one.

Fits great! It was a bit of a mission to get it on the first time but after you find a position to do it in, it works out great. I'm not wearing it for waist training purposes but for abdominal support because I have frequent bloating and pain. It also provides great back support. ****Make sure you measure your waist before ordering. I needed a 5x and I usually weak a 2x in clothes. Scary,right? I know! But that's just how the sizing works.
