    Fits true to size very supportive dont think I could wear it under regular clothes but it is very well made. Will be a great work out trainer and i also sleep in mine. Make sure u just lay it flat to dry after washing.

    Bought this trainer as and alternative to the compression garments I wore after lipo since my surgeon said I needed more compression. Went through 3 compression garments in a month and they are expensive. This is well made, fits well, and does the job. The price is right too. Bought two, one in 3 xl and the other 2xl to accommodate for the swelling from lipo. After one week the larger one was too big. Now wearing 2 xl and after 2 days I am on 2 nd row of hooks. This has really helped get the swelling down fast. Its comfortable and I wear it pretty much 24/7. Planning on next purchase next week. Pretty sure I'll be on 3 rd row by then. This is money well spent.

    good quality..i order a size down from the recommended size bc i like the extra push and i am on my second hook love it ive paid 70+ bucks in a store for the vest one and different name brand and broke after a month of usage this one has been over a month and still in great condition
