    I am about 5'6 and 160 lbs, I went with a medium. At the start of wearing this I probably could have gotten a large but am not disappointed with my medium. This is an extremely comfortable waist trainer. I love how much it makes my mid section sweat during my daily cardio as well as helps to correct my posture!

    Very impressed with this item. Be sure to measure yourself and follow the size guide. I like the leather and the soft inside lining. It is long enough to cover the whole mid section. The boning is padded, making it quite comfortable to wear. If your looking for a waist shaper, I would recommend this one.

    Got my order and realized it was just a bit too small. No problem though.. once I lose 5 lbs or so, it should fit. Fabric seems extremely durable and sturdy. I'm sure I will love it, as this isn't my first waist trainer.
