    I have only had this for a day so ill leave better feedback in a few weeks. Im 5'5 145 lbs and I got a Medium. It fits perfectly on the 1st set of latches! Its super tight which pushes my boobs up. Does anyone have a bra suggestion to wear with these? Im not crazy about walking around with my boobs pushed up so high

    I am very happy with my purchase! I received this waist trainer the second day after my purchase, and it was packaged very well. I am 5'2 and weigh 198 (for now that is). I bought this to lose some weight and some inches. I have a kind of stockier build (more of a straight from head to toe with no hips lol...). Anyways, I purchased the 3XL and it fits great! This IS steel boned, but since it is spiral steel it allows a tiny bit of flexibility. It makes my back feel great! My posture is so much better! I was worried that this waist trainer wouldn't reach my lower belly pudge but since my torso is so small it covers the whole thing and gives me a great shape. It's reasonably comfortable...my only problem is I feel like my boobs are on my neck...and when I sit, my boobs have a really unnatural shape. But overall, I am really impressed.

    I was a little skeptical as far as whether or not this would actually work as well as it was supposed to, but I was most definitely pleasantly surprised! Others I have tried in the past had issues with being shorter than I wanted and rolling/riding up, but this one stays put and is actually comfortable. I also wore it while working out and it still didn't shift around or anything, which is saying something because Zumba is my workout of choice and there is obviously a lot of movement involved. I did order a size up after reading the reviews that had been posted. They were correct in saying that it runs a bit on the small side, so if in doubt opt to go up a size! I also love that it has three rows of hooks so that as my waist line shrinks I can still get use out of it. It is very well made and as comfortable as a waist trainer could possibly be. I am very happy with this product and would gladly recommend it to anyone.

    So I have spent $80 on your typical latex waist trainer and within two weeks I was on the second row and it was loose. I honestly feel like it stretched out vs. actually get my waist to go down by that much. So I took a chance and purchased this beaut right here and I can honestly say this is one of my all time favorite Amazon purchases (I have a problem and tend to buy from here very frequently, and never review anything but with this I had to!) I was shocked by the quality for it being as cheap as it is and this thing seriously works. It also wasn't too difficult to put on myself. I spent a while getting it to fit as tight as I wanted and actually had to go back after an hour or two because it was so tight! Which to me is an amazing thing because that's what I personally look for in a waist trainer. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a waist trainer/corset.
