    I'm a size 14 in pants and the XL fits perfectly. I love this. It doesn't hurt like some waist trainers I had and it doesn't scrunch up. Very sturdy

    This skirt is REALLY full. It is nicely made. I cut out the inner layer so it wasn't quite so full and it worked perfectly. It gave my rockabilly dress just enough body without making it impossible to sit and I didn't feel so poofy . With both layers it looked very much like a square dancing outfit which was not the look I was going for.

    I could've gotten a medium rather than a large, but everywhere I looked people were saying they ran small. They really don't if you want a prolonged use get your normal size and start with the the two connections slightly touching, then move up to completely touching, and then overlapping. This product was awesome. I have no discomfort while wearing it and I can wear it under baggy clothes without it being noticeable (you can't wear it with tight clothes). I have noticed a difference in the size of my waist. I wear it when I am just hanging out or walking or at the gym. Sometimes I even wear it while I sleep. The pictures I include are the day I first got it and then now, which is about a month later.

    Five star for the price and nice quality. Have had it for about a week now. I'm 5'6 and around 190 pounds and working on losing. I got the XL and didn't follow others suggestions on getting larger as I have a smaller waist. And I'm currently working on losing It's a bit snug as it should be since this is a weight trainer that's to be expected. I didn't want to be like others and say I'll have to get another one soon I want this to last a bit. Recommend. Use around the house- haven't worked and not sure I would want to

    Love this waist Trainier!!!!! It fits perfectly, not too tight, but tight enough to see a difference. I can breathe, unlike other trainers I bought from other brands, I couldn't breathe and even had numbness in my legs lol. Love this one
