So the top part is tight and the bottom is loose, and you really don't sweat a lot in it, well i don't, i thought it would be the same material as my sweet sweat belt but it's not.
I won't do a workout without this. Its comfortable ankmd makes me sweat.

Absolutely love this product and will order a new one! I'm 225 5'8 wear a 14/16 I read reviews saying order up and DO NOT!!! I ordered a 3x and it was super big on me I'll be returning and ordering a XL or 2x the bust was overly big but we will be when the next size comes in. You can instantly feel the warmth and it working when you put it on. Its barely visible under gym clothes as well.
