If you want to sweat while working out and help burn those calories, then this is the item for you. Purchased this for a relative and she says it has helped her in obtaining goals for getting back in shape and looking great. It has also helped to keep her motivated, by the results she has obtained using this item; versus not using anything while working out. It has also helped keep the back supported by being able to adjust the band and it doesn't look real bulky under clothing.
It worked well but I didn't care for zipped top and velcro bottom.
I love this!:) it helped me produce more sweat around my belly. I work out with it. While using it, I lost over 30 lbs and several inches off my tummy. My boobs even got smaller. I would most definitely repurchase. I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. I was a sz 11 in pants, 38 C and about 180+ lbs when I purchased this..for reference.. I'm 5'4 btw. I recommend this product to help promote weightloss. This review is after several months of wear, and mine is still in perfect shape after weekly machine washes.
