I usually wear an Xl or size 16 and weigh 232lbs. Purchased the 3x and it was perfect. A bit of a struggle to wear but it nipped in my waist and gave my boobs a lift. Will update with a picture soon

I actually had to return this, but I wanted to write a review anyway because it is honestly a good shaper, but not for everyone.So first, obviously, be prepared to size down LOL. I think my problem is I have a lot of loose skin so my waist might be 38 inches, but it can be pushed in a lot more than someone with a harder belly. Also, I am super short (4 10) so it rode up in the back in a weird way. Thong shapewear doesn't work for short girls, I guess.I got this to push my fupa up because it hangs very badly since my skin is so loose, and this is not the shapewear for that, either.So what IS it good for? Well, definitely tummy smoothing. Even at a size big it smoothed me out very well - just wouldn't pull up and hold my fupa. I only had it on for a few minutes, but I don't think it would be sweaty or uncomfortable for long periods. It's super soft, and the straps are wide enough they don't dig into your skin, and thin enough it doesn't look weird. Even if it had fit, I think it would still be easy to put it on since it is a pull up and not a closure.SOPerfect for tummy smoothing. Size down if your belly is very squishy. Get something else if your torso/you are very short. Does not give fupa LIFT but does shrink it a bit. I know I'm not the only person carrying around a whole fanny pack, so if that's you as well get a different shaper.

I am from Arizona and it is Summertime . I am able to wear it to work in AC just fine. I love how this pulls my top inward and flattens my tummy and sides.. I got a large and I am between a 10 -12. The under clasps are super easy to undo and do up. I want to get it in black.

BABYYYYY follow the size chart! This thing will have you SNATCHED okay, but listen when I tell you that thong rides up your ass like no other ugh It’s the most uncomfortable part of it all. But that doesn’t stop me from wearing it, if anything it makes me say “can you deal with that while it’s on?” And “is this outfit worth the painful wedge!”Will updat w/ pictures when I remember

I am 5’5 190 lbs 41 in waist and ordered a M knowing it was going to be super tight on me because I wanted it to suck everything in and it did! I had to wiggle and pull and jump around to squeeze in but I like how it looks. Doesn’t show through clothes. I got the thong one and put boy shorts over it. It’s uncomfortable to wear but that’s because I got a smaller size for it to fit tight. I’m sure a size large would’ve also been fine and more comfortable. Have not worn it out but wore it at home for about an hour and it was digging into my back a bit, probably would help if someone could pull it up. It was most difficult taking it off as it scrunched up around my hips and thighs cutting off circulation and considered cutting it off but a few minutes of sweating wiggling I got it off.

I am really impressed with this shaper, it really pulls in the tummy area nicely. The only draw back is it does make your belly sweaty.
