Works great! Love that I don’t have to fight to take it off everyone I go to the restroom! Definitely recommend this. The only thing for me is the zipper. Would be nice to not be able to see it through tighter fitting clothes

It runs a little small so I would recommend going up a size, I’m 5’8 and 192 lbs I ordered the xl I should of gotten a 2x for a better fit. I will be ordering it soon

It took me a few weeks of searching for the right one to wear under a dress for a wedding im attending soon. Im 5.2, 160 lbs, wear medium tee, 10/12 pants. My stature is petite and most of my weight is in my belly, hips/thighs I was really torn between a medium and a large. I picked a Large and i'm glad I did! It compresses and smooths out my mid section without cutting or digging into my back and hips while still feeling very snug & secure . I wanted to feel like I can still sit and move around and I can. I think a medium would have given a more drastic contour but I would have felt suffocated. The thong is what it is so dont buy if you dont wear them, if you want to feel completely comfortable maybe get something with shorts but that wouldnt have worked with my dress so this was the better option for me. All and all I am relieved it works and will probably use it again if i'm forced out of my yoga pants/hoody lifestyle in the future.

I wore this over the weekend. Its great. The only thing..when you take it off its a bit moist! After re-reading the description, It helps weight loss! Which is great! I love it! I had to have help getting in the shaper at first! Lol it much more comfy than what the dr gave me.

Go with your normal size everyone is different..... followed the reviews and ordered a size up BIG mistake if you waist train order the same size .

Really smooths everything out without any weird fabric bumps. The hooks are like the ones on your bra strap, and the straps are nice and sturdy. They don't seem like they would slip. The back is low and scoop-shaped, so you can wear a low-cut top with no one noticing your little secret. Only downside is you might have panty lines in your pants if your bum is a little thicker.

Got this for a friend and myself. According to the chart, she should wear an XL but a L was actually perfect for her. The chart said I should wear a 5X but 2X is perfect so keep in mind while ordering. Otherwise we love this! Super flattering. Super comfortable. And easy to move and function in.

I normally wear L. And according to size chart I should’ve ordered XL or XXL. I am in the process of losing weight, however I’m not at my normal size L weight. I went ahead and grabbed XL instead of XXL. It fit like a glove. However, I feel like I should’ve sized down. It’s not tight enough. I am curvy so that might be as to why it’s tricky to pick a size. You won’t be disappointed going with an XL, but if you’re at a true L just get an L because XL will fit you well but not super super tight just comfy tight. I’m also bloated from PMS so... that should give you an idea. Also I’m 5”8.I do love it. Whenever I lose more weight (smaller than normal 12-14 L size) I’ll probably get an M. It’s very forgiving. I have thick thighs too. (I’m referring to the shorts one)So final verdict... grab your usual clothing size. Or size one down even though it says there to size up like 1-2 according to chart.
