After looking at reviews, I ordered a size larger than what I normally wear. I am 5'6 190lbs. 41in bust, 35in waist, 49in hips. The XXL was a too big, so I ordered my normal size of an XL. I think it depends on your body's actual shape as to how this will fit you. I am kind of hourglass shaped, with a large bottom. Overall very pleased with the second order. Fits almost perfect. The back, covers the normal rolls that I would get with other shapers that stopped under the bust area so that's nice. It is a little hard to get used to the crotch snaps, but if you wear underwear with it, it's fine. Great shaper!

Fits true to size.. if your a medium get a small just as fajas usually go. You always size down thats the point to shape you. I read the reviews got nervous and got a medium cause I am a medium in regular clothes and I could have gotten the small. I am 5'1 and 150 pounds thicker on my hips and butt smaller chest. I usually wear a size 6 in jeans and small-medium shirts if that helps.

Love the product. I got a Large and could of gotten at away with a Medium but large still fits perfect ! Struggled a little to put it on but once you put it on it just hugged the right places. I recommend this product to anyone who’s on the road to lose weight or wants to hide any extra love handles.
