I received my waist trainer on 05/22/2016 and wore it for the first time on 05/23/2016. The waist trainer fit snug, which is what I wanted, it improved my posture while I was working workout. It stayed in place without rolling or bulging. The waist trainer comes in a clear zipper locked bag, it had a slight plastic smell, but the smell did not linger, and I am sure it was from the bag it arrived in. The material of the waist trainer is strong, yet not rough, it is sturdy, but very comfortable. I would recommend this waist trainer to anyone who is looking for extra help to melt the inches off of your waist and improve your posture. I am purchasing my sister a waist trainer today as well.

I had ordered this belt in a large but it was a little too big. I got a complete even exchange with no hassles from the Seller. Great experience.
This belt is Great! Easily adjustable and love that the side of the belt does cinch you up pretty good. Great fit and i can do cardio and training while I wear it.

They delivered this item real quick. I previously ordered a medium size waist trainer, though it was too small and I had a hard time attaching both ends. Those who wear a medium size t- shirt and said a medium is a right fit is probably short or their waist is around 24in or something. Literally had my skin bulging out. So I recommend to order a size up from the size t shirt you usually wear. The large is perfect for me. I'm 5'6 140Ibs. 26in waist and 29 in hips.

I am so happy to say that this product works amazingly! I am almost 6'2 weighed 130lbs. My waist was 46 and my hips were 49! I got an XL and wearing at least 6 hours a day with no working out and slightly watching what I ate, I went straight to a medium from an XL in 3 weeks. After that I started working out with it on watching what I ate (I never eat salt in my daily life for 4 years) in 2 weeks I went from 230.2 to 204.6!!! This is definitely a fantastic buy! I was a 16/18, now I'm 10/12 and 14 fit a too big but I can make them work! I can literally have my medium waist trainer on and wrap the XL around me and have it be way too big!

This here really works I love it. It makes you sweat like crazy while you work out in it an wearing tight clothing over it also helps. The good thang is you can use the Sweet Sweat Cream with it to make you sweat even more. You don't gotta use the name brand bulls*** sweat band to lose weight. Heck you can even use a really cheap sweat band from Walmart and still use the Sweet Sweat Cream an get the same results. :) but y'all should give this a try. I Love It.

The waist trainer itself seems great. The material is strong and sturdy. The band fits snug to get that waist trainer feel.that you want. However, I didn't even read the sizes and I ordered a small, just assuming it'll fit me. It's a little too small for me right now. I can't wear it as well as id like. Maybe I just need to lose a few more inches, I'll update on the fit here when that happens. Otherwise, the seller was great. The shipping was punctual and quick. I wI'll definitely purchase again and maybe in the right size until I lose more wait.
