This product is a true snatcher. The first day it was unbarably too tight but today it's a lot better. It gives that hour glass shape. This is just my second day wearing it and I can already tell it's a solid product. I'm 5'7 and weight 205 and I ordered a large. I would recommend a large for anyone around the same height and weight because it gives you room to make it tighter as your tummy flattens. So far I love it. Great buy!

Everything I wanted in a waist trainer. I just had a baby and wanted a waist trainer to help my muscles come back together. But this particular one does so much more!
While pregnant and after I gave birth my back would often times be in pain. When I put this on it corrects my posture hence alleviating all back pain!!! Love it!!

Really great product! If you have a long torso it doesn't cover your entire abdomen like the picture but it works just as well.

I love this thing! I was very skeptical at first, but once I put it on and walked around it felt great. It's a little hard to drive with but that's probably because of my lack of good posture. my favorite part is the extra straps that go over.
