I weigh about 103 pounds and I got a small and when I first started wearing this it was almost too small, but after 2 days of wearing it, it fits fine now. I'd just be weary of the sizing. Absolutely love the product. Tamed my water weight super quick. I saw the difference in my body within 2 days of using it by just wearing it during my daily activities.

I have a 37inch waist and the large fit perfect. Belt is constructed well with durable material. Elastic bands on both sides to tight belt are a plus. Only worn for one week 3 - 4 hours a day, so no real results yet. I have noticed that while I'm wearing the belt I'm not able to eat a full meal--so that in itself is a plus. Quality is very good, so I would recommend.

I am a size 12 /14 and 5'8, I ordered the XL only because of reading the reviews. I have really bad Lower lumber problems with my back and I attend the gym on the regular out of all the products that I have used in the Past this is the most AMAZING product I have come across today. I wore it in Zumba Lastnight and I was able to do what I have been able to do for two since my back injury from the gym. Oh you can wear it under some clothing that is no to see thru and thin. I have it on under my printed sun dress and you cant tell I have it on.
